How do I place an order?

1. To place an order, tap on the required category from the navigation bar on the top or you could search for a specific brand or product directly from the search bar.
2. You can choose the desired products and add them to your cart.
3. Once your cart is ready, you can proceed to the checkout, where you can see the total cost of your cart.
4. You will then be taken to the payment gateway to process the payment.

Can I cancel my order?

If the customer wishes to cancel the order, they can cancel it within 24-hour from the time of
order placement by writing an email to customercare@maryamspet.com

How are orders going to be delivered to me?

Our shipping partner will help in delivering the products to your doorstep hassle free.

Can I change the order once payment has been processed?

Yes. In case you change your mind, ensure to cancel and request a refund within 24 hours of placing your order.

Can I change my order once the order is delivered?

The customer must initiate the product return process, and the product is eligible for return only
if it remains unopened. Upon return, the customer will receive a voucher/coupon code, which
can be used to place a new order.

Can I change my order if the order is not delivered?

Customers have the flexibility to modify their order if it has not yet been dispatched. In the event that the order has already been dispatched, the customer will need to initiate a product return, but this return is subject to the condition that the product remains unopened. Following the return, the customer will receive a voucher/coupon code, which can then be used to place a new order, utilizing the voucher as payment.

Can I receive my refund?

The customer will receive a cash refund to their bank account if they wish to cancel the order
within 24 hours of order placement; incase of a return or change in order, they will receive a voucher/coupon code, which can be used to place a new order, utilizing the voucher as
payment.
