Birds and pigeons with proper housing, care, and nutrition generally receive sufficient vitamins in their daily diet, particularly when CéDé egg feed is included during the breeding and moulting periods as directed. However, certain conditions can impact their resistance, such as drafts, temperature fluctuations, illness, stress, flight season, or relocation (e.g., purchasing birds, bird shows). In these situations, birds and pigeons require additional vitamins to boost metabolism and support recovery.
